Study Trip to We News Media Channel
Students of the Department of Communication & Media Studies visited the We News office in Islamabad to explore the workings of digital media. They were welcomed by Director Planning, Ihsan Khalid. During the visit, students met senior journalists, including reporters, anchors, and producers. They were briefed on various techniques used in digital media, the process of news dissemination, news production, and the creation of digital content such as blogs.
Dr. Majid Ul Ghafar, Chairman of the Department of Communication & Media Studies, expressed his gratitude to the We News team for their support and for giving valuable time to the students. He also hoped that Hazara University and We News would soon sign an MoU to provide internship opportunities for the students.
