Message from Director

The Vice Chancellor’s Secretariat serves as the central administrative office that supports the Vice Chancellor in carrying out the academic, administrative and strategic decisions of the University. The Secretariat ensures the smooth coordination of official matters, facilitates communication between the Vice Chancellor and various statutory bodies, departments and external stakeholders and provides essential assistance in policy implementation and decision-making processes. It plays a pivotal role in maintaining institutional discipline, transparency and efficiency in accordance with the University’s statutes and regulations.

The Secretariat is also responsible for managing official correspondence, scheduling meetings and overseeing follow-up actions on decisions taken at different forums. It also coordinates with government departments, regulatory authorities and other universities / partner institutions on matters of mutual interest. Through professional and prompt administrative support, the Vice Chancellor’s Secretariat contributes significantly to strengthening governance, promoting academic excellence and advancing the vision and mission of Hazara University Mansehra.
